Terms of Service

Welcome to PoGo Alley ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use PoGo Alley. The App is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any related entity.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google, Apple, Discord, or an email and password, and verify your in-game trainer profile by screenshot. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Impersonating another trainer is prohibited.
3. Trading conduct
PoGo Alley helps trainers discover and arrange trades. We are not a party to any trade. All trades happen in the Pokémon GO app between you and the other trainer. We do not guarantee any trade, and we are not responsible for losses, scams, or disputes between users. Trade at your own risk and only with trainers you trust.
4. Fair play: no spoofing
PoGo Alley is for trainers who play Pokémon GO legitimately. GPS spoofing, location falsification, bots, multi-accounting, and any other breach of the Pokémon GO Terms of Service are not allowed here, and neither is advertising or offering those services to other trainers. Buying or selling Pokémon, accounts, or trades for real money is also prohibited. You can report a suspected spoofer from their profile; confirmed spoofers are removed from PoGo Alley.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to harass, threaten, defraud, or spam other users; not to post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report or block any user from the chat or their profile; we review every report and act on violations, typically within 24 hours, by removing the content and ejecting the offending user.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, screenshots, listings) but grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. You are solely responsible for what you share. Report objectionable content or users through the in-app tools.
7. Subscriptions
PoGo Alley Pro is an optional paid subscription. Pricing is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On iOS they are billed through your App Store account and on Android through your Google Play account; manage or cancel them in that store's subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe; manage or cancel one from the account menu by choosing Manage subscription, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription automatically. Steps for each are at pogoalley.com/support.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes
