Terms of Service

Welcome to PoGo Alley ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use PoGo Alley. The App is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Niantic, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any related entity.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple and verify your in-game trainer profile by screenshot. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. Impersonating another trainer is prohibited.

3. Trading conduct

PoGo Alley helps trainers discover and arrange trades. We are not a party to any trade. All trades happen in the Pokémon GO app between you and the other trainer. We do not guarantee any trade, and we are not responsible for losses, scams, or disputes between users. Trade at your own risk and only with trainers you trust.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, defraud, or spam other users; not to post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content; and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report or block any user from the chat or their profile; we review every report and act on violations — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and ejecting the offending user.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, screenshots, listings) but grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. You are solely responsible for what you share. Report objectionable content or users through the in-app tools.

6. Subscriptions

PoGo Alley Pro is an optional paid subscription. Pricing is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On iOS they are billed through your App Store account (manage in your App Store settings); on the web they are billed by Stripe (manage or cancel from the billing portal in the app).

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Contact: hanwong118@gmail.com.
